As global environmental regulations have been strengthened and ships should be economically and efficiently operated, there is the need to raise systematic operation efficiency through systems. SEEMS is a system to collect navigation information about ships’ operation efficiency real-time to determine if the present operation state is proper, and to deduce the best operation conditions to improve energy efficiency, in order to manage ships properly.
